How do I find my size?
We recommend checking our detailed size chart available on each product page. And if your size is not available please contact us fashionemporiumsa@gmail.com. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Do your sizes run true to size?
Yes, our clothing and shoes follows standard sizing. However, some styles may have a relaxed or fitted cut - please check the product description for specific fit details. Customer reviews often include helpful sizing feedback as well.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Absolutely! If you need a different size, you can return your original item and place a new order for your preferred size. We'll process your refund promptly so you can reorder.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and final sale products cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Log into your account, go to your order history, and select the item you'd like to return. Follow the prompts to generate your return label. If you checked out as a guest, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return. If the item is defective or we made an error, we'll cover the shipping costs. For size exchanges or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Can I return sale items?
Regular sale items can be returned within our standard 30-day window. However, items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
