We only deliver our Shop’s products to locations within the Republic of South Africa.
Orders can be delivered to your selected address.
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Delivery Time
Our order cutoff time is 5PM, which means that orders received after that time will only be processed on the following business day.
Our handling time for orders is 1 day, the handling time is the difference between the order cutoff time following placement of an order and when the shipment for the order is ready for transit which is the hand off to the carrier.
We only fulfill orders on Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays.
The courier’s transit time is 3 days, the transit time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver a product to you, and the courier delivers orders from Mondays to Fridays.
Based on the above stated information you can receive your delivery in 4 days after your order has been placed.
Shipping costs are a flat rate of R120 per transaction for national deliveries.
Orders placed within Cape Town can get their orders delivered the day after the purchase if the order is placed before 4PM.
All deliveries are free of charge for orders more than R800.
Returns Policy
Certain items may qualify for a return or an exchange.
You may return or exchange products by courier or by visiting our offices.
If you qualify for a product return or exchange you have 7 days to return or exchange the product.
Only new products qualify for a return or an exchange.
You will not pay a restocking fee for defective products. However, for a customer remorse exchange you will be liable for a restocking fee.
Our products contain a 6 month guarantee.
